The Xiaomi poco x3 gt looks a bit different from the other poco x3 phones in that its poco logo is small and out of the way. The phone frame is also made of plastic, and overall, the phone is grippy enough and comfy to hold. Like many other poco and Xiaomi phones, the X3 GT is IP53 rated for protection from dust and light splashes of water.

Body and Build.

its body has a dimension of 163.3 x 75.9 x 8.9 mm (6.43 x 2.99 x 0.35 in) and weight of 193 g (6.81 oz). its build is of Glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus) and plastic back. it’s a dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).

Display Screen.

The poco x3 gt has a 6.6″ IPS LCD, 1080p, 120 Hz refresh rate screen. Its display has a super-fast 120hz refresh rate which adds extra smoothness to your swiping and scrolling. And thanks to its 240 Hz touch sampling rate, it’s all responsive. Also, high frame rate gaming is supported as well, and to save energy, the refresh rate is adaptive and can dial down to 30 hertz based on the content. Overall its display is nice and sharp, and the black levels are some of the deepest we have seen on an LCD.

Performance.

This is where Xiaomi Poco X3 Gt shines. The X3 GT is powered by MediaTek MT6891Z Dimensity 1100 5G (6 nm) chipset, a real powerhouse, and makes this smartphone run like a flagship. The Poco X3 GT runs on Android 11, MIUI 12.5.

As you would expect from this mid-range phone, the UI navigation is intuitive and responsive. With Core CPUs of Octa-core (4×2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) and Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.

Gaming performance is better than most phones in the price range. We recommend using the medium rather than the maximum setting for a better game experience. The Poco X3 GT doesn’t get hot even during longer gaming sessions with liquid cooling.

It compares to the Samsung Galaxy S20 and levels up to the OnePlus Nord 2 (even surpassing it in Geekbench) despite these phones being sold at a way higher price.Poco

Camera.

The poco x3 gt camera has a 64-megapixel quad Bayer main cam, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide cam, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Photos from the main cam come out 16 megapixels by default, and these are outstanding for the class. There is plenty of detail with well-presented foliage and balanced sharpness. The colors are accurate, and the dynamic range is wide even without the help of hdr processing. Portrait shots come out good with accurate and dependable subject separation, and the subjects are incredibly detailed, too, with excellent-looking colors.

Battery.

The poco x3 gt has a 5000 million power battery, slightly smaller than the Poco NFC or Poco X3 Pro models. However, battery life is still impressive, with the gt earning a score of 110 hours in our proprietary tests. It also comes with blazing fast 67W charging, and with the bundled adapter, we can charge the phone from zero to 75 percent in half an hour, and a full charge takes just 48 minutes.
